We reserve the right to limit or remove free listings at our discretion if they violate these Terms or applicable laws.

b. Paid Listings

Paid listings offer enhanced features including:

• Priority placement or featured spots
• Additional media uploads (e.g., videos, gallery)
• Extended word counts
• Highlighted visuals or tags
• Analytics or promotional boosts

Prices for paid listings are clearly stated during the checkout process and may change at any time. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

4. Listing Guidelines

By submitting a listing, you agree that:

• You have the right and authority to post the content.
• Your listing is relevant to the West Yorkshire region.
• It does not contain false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• It does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• It does not promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.

YorkWorks reserves the right to remove any listing without notice if we believe it breaches these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for paid listings are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.

By purchasing a listing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless a technical error on our part prevents your listing from being published.

If a listing is removed due to breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

6. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to manage your listings. You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure

All activity under your account

Not impersonating others or providing false information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
